Shipping & Returns

Thank you for choosing Island Roast Collective as your preferred coffee brand. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we have a straightforward return and refund policy in place.


We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process and receive further instructions.


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process, and once the return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will gladly replace the item.
